Bishop Javier, 91 years old, died on 23 June, 2020 in Santiago (Chile).
He entered the novitiate in 1947 and he was professed on 28 March 1948 in Los Perales (Chile).
He was ordained a priest on 19 September 1953 in Valparaíso (Chile).
He was ordained Bishop of Iquique (Chile) on 2 September 1984, in Valparaíso (Chile).
May he rest in peace in the love of the Sacred Hearts.
