   Sister Ursulina, 90 years old, died on November 06t 2010 in Medellín, Colombia. She entered the novitiate in 1941 in San José de Rumipamba, Ecuador, and she pronounced her perpetual vows on April, 17th 1947 in San José de Rumipamba.
