INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE COLLOQUIUM
DEDICATED TO FR. MATEO CRAWLEY-BOEVEY SSCC
Paray-Le-Monial, November 15-16, 2025
Dear Brothers and Sisters,
November 18, 2025, marks the 150th anniversary of the birth of one of the greatest Apostles of the Sacred Heart of Jesus in the 20th century, founder of the Work of the Enthronement of the Divine Heart and Night Adoration in families – Fr. Mateo Crawley-Boevey of the Congregation of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary (Picpus).
In September 2024, the General Chapter of the SSCC Brothers authorized its Postulator General to take formal steps towards initiating his beatification process. The preparatory phase for this unique event is currently underway.
On this occasion, the Congregation of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary cordially invites all interested parties to participate in a Colloquium dedicated to Father Mateo, whom Pope Pius XI called "the world Apostle of the Sacred Heart of Jesus."
The Colloquium will be held in Paray-le-Monial, France, on November 15-16, 2025 (Saturday, Sunday).
The Colloquium schedule is posted below.
Lectures will be available in French, English, and Spanish.
The meeting locations will be:
-
Collège Jeanne d’Arc, 7, rue Louis Desrichard, 71600 Paray-le-Monial (lectures),
-
Chapelle de la Visitation, 11 rue de la Visitation, 71600 Paray-le-Monial (Eucharist, adoration).
Accommodation and meals are the responsibility of each participant.
